The apartment, equipped with a balcony, is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a complex with other properties for rent, and has a garage and a gym for guests' use.
Upon entering, you will find the bright living room which is furnished with a sofa that becomes a double bed and a TV cabinet. The open kitchen is spacious and equipped with all amenities and appliances, including a microwave oven, an electric one and induction hobs, and with a table for 3 - 4 people. The bedroom with double bed is furnished with a large 4-door wardrobe. The bathroom, with a window, is equipped with sanitary ware and shower cubicle. The apartment has air conditioning and thanks to a modern home automation system, it is possible to regulate the temperature and to open and close windows and doors from your mobile phone. In the complex there is a garage and a gym for guests' use.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, home to the Politecnico di Milano and therefore a lively district full of bars, restaurants, clubs. Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations.
From Bovisa station (a few minutes' walk away) there are frequent connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops on the urban railway link (Passante ferroviario). The yellow underground station of Dergano is about a 15-minute walk.
