Modern two-level three-room apartment, located on the third floor (with elevator) of Candiani building, just a few steps away from the Politecnico and Bovisa train station. The apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony.
The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and a living room furniture with a TV, while the open kitchen is equipped with all appliances (microwave, induction hob, dishwasher) and utensils and tableware. The apartment also includes two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a washing machine, and high-speed fiber internet.
Palazzo Candiani is a modern complex with 19 apartments of different types (it is possible to rent multiple adjacent apartments) and offers a gym and a garage for guests' use (check the costs with our customer care service). All apartments have the most modern comforts and a home automation system to manage temperature and the opening and closing of doors and windows.
The apartment is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, home to the Politecnico di Milano, making it a lively neighborhood with bars, restaurants, clubs, and services. Bovisa is also a historic district, with its center and characteristic buildings, and is well connected to the city center and the main train stations.
From Bovisa train station (a few minutes' walk away), there are connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi, and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops of the suburban railway that connect the city center in just a few minutes. Bovisa also offers direct train connections to Milan Malpensa Airport. The yellow metro line (direct line to the Duomo) at Dergano station is about a fifteen-minute walk away.
