Very modern studio apartment for 2 people, located on the ground floor of the Quantum 1 complex, renovated in 2024 with several apartments for rent and common areas such as coworking space, gym, snack area and laundry room. The apartment with kitchen and double bed is located a few steps from Bovisa station and the Polytechnic University of Milan.
The Suite apartment is bright thanks to the large windows and it is furnished with a double bed, a sofa, two bedside tables, a table with two chairs. The kitchen, with fridge, freezer, induction hobs, has utensils and crockery for lunch or dinner comfortably at home. A single-door wardrobe and a coat hanger complete the room. TV, air conditioning, wifi internet are available to guests. The bathroom has sanitary ware, shower cubicle and towel warmer.
THE COMPLEX
Quantum 1 is a modern complex with studios and a two-bedroom apartment for rent (it is possible to rent more adjoining apartments for short and medium stays), and has a gym, a coworking space, a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer available for guests (check costs with our customer care service). All apartments have high-speed internet, the most modern comforts and an automation system to manage the temperature of every unit, the opening and closing of doors and windows and they all allow guests to self check-in and out. The entire Quantum 1 complex is inspired by art, with installations, paintings and works by contemporary artists. At the entrance, a totem with a hologram will answer guests' questions.
THE AREA
The apartment is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, home to the Politecnico di Milano and therefore a lively district full of bars, restaurants, clubs. Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations.
GETTING AROUND
From Bovisa station (a few minutes' walk away) there are frequent connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops on the urban railway link (Passante ferroviario).
