Very modern studio apartment for 2 people, located on the ground floor of the Quantum 1 complex, renovated in 2024 with several apartments for rent and common areas such as coworking space, gym, snack area and laundry room. The apartment with kitchen and double bed is located a few steps from Bovisa station and the Polytechnic University of Milan. The Suite apartment is bright thanks to the large windows and it is furnished with a double bed, a sofa, two bedside tables, a table with two chairs. The kitchen, with fridge, freezer, induction hobs, has utensils and crockery for lunch or dinner comfortably at home. A single-door wardrobe and a coat hanger complete the room. TV, air conditioning, wifi internet are available to guests. The bathroom has sanitary ware, shower cubicle and towel warmer. THE COMPLEX Quantum 1 is a modern complex with studios and a two-bedroom apartment for rent (it is possible to rent more adjoining apartments for short and medium stays), and has a gym, a coworking space, a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer available for guests (check costs with our customer care service). All apartments have high-speed internet, the most modern comforts and an automation system to manage the temperature of every unit, the opening and closing of doors and windows and they all allow guests to self check-in and out. Guests have at their disposal both outdoor car parks (free) and a covered garage located at about 200 meters, (check availability and costs with our customer care team). The entire Quantum 1 complex is inspired by art, with installations, paintings and works by contemporary artists. At the entrance, a totem with a hologram will answer guests' questions. THE AREA The apartment is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, home to the Politecnico di Milano and therefore a lively district full of bars, restaurants, clubs. Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations. GETTING AROUND From Bovisa station (a few minutes' walk away) there are frequent connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops on the urban railway link (Passante ferroviario). From Bovisa station also direct connections with trains to Milano Malpensa airport. The underground station of Dergano (yellow line to Duomo) is about a 15-minute walk.

The recently renovated flat consists of a single room with an open plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, TV, a sofa, a double bed and a wardrobe, and finally a bathroom with shower cubicle and sanitary facilities. The flat is located in a context that combines tradition and modernity: the building is a typical Milanese ‘ringhiera’ house, but the futuristic Bosco Verticale skyscrapers rise right opposite. Also in front of the palace is the BAM park - Biblioteca degli Alberi (Library of Trees), which, with a pleasant walk, leads to Piazza Gae Aulenti and the Porta Nuova complex. In the opposite direction, on the other hand, is the Isola district, with its old Milan houses, pedestrian streets bustling with bars, restaurants and fashionable clubs, always lively especially in the evenings. The nearest metro stop is Isola (MM5 Lilla), a direct connection to Porta Garibaldi station, which is only one stop away and can also be reached on foot. At 300 metres (5 minutes on foot) is the MM2 Verde Gioia stop and at 600 metres (8 minutes on foot) the Garibaldi MM2 stop and station.
